I agree with all of your suggestions. I remember when I was 14, my Dad showed me the American Dream. I didn't understand it fully then, but I feel I do today. I understand it enough that I now live in Chile. One other suggestion would be Mike Maloney's series on the hidden secrets of money, just a suggestion. STEEM ON!! "I know this steak isn't real, but it tastes so good."
