Consequences of our acts

In the life, the decisions that we make and the actions that are executed are innumerable, and many of them we refuse to take responsability for the consequences and choose to blame third parties, often because of fear of reprimands, reprisals or punishments, blaming doesn't allow mistakes to be corrected, in the meantime it's a mechanism by which people keep their eyes so as not to see and accept the autorship of unfortunate tasks. The lack of a culture of personal responsability often to produces unwanted and sometimes even tragic consequences
-In reflection :
We are part of a whole, that seems to be something demonstrated and palpable and therefore, any action we perform, or omit, has a direct result on our enviroment.
Make the call, hire a person, say thay kind of word, assume the commitments made or give that smile, as constructive acts, builds an emotionally positive climate and growth. In the same way, avoiding our responsability, hitting with a bad word, not preventing and evil action, or carrying it out, builds and emotional ecosystem of destruction, without any joy.
