Marry the person you love most ...

in #reflection7 years ago

At one time in my life, I was residing in a town called Los Puertos de Altagracia (Zulia - Venezuela).

This is because I was called to work in the petrochemical industry located a few kilometers from that locality. In that quiet village he knew a character about 50 years old, but he seemed to have more, not because of his physical appearance but because of the experience of life that he could see every time we spoke.

In an opportunity that already seemed to have earned me his trust, he invited me to his residence home that he shared with his partner, I invited him to know his beautiful "house boat" (it was literally a boat house) and to have dinner. That night we shared as always, talking about my few experiences and many of his. I remember very well that night, which focused on recommending things about my life as a couple. By that time I had about 3 years separated from my first wife with whom I procured 2 beautiful children. He focused on telling me to worry about getting married or meeting the person who loved me most, not the person I wanted most.

Over time I understood this assertion, since in this sense I could guarantee my happiness and therefore that of my partner.

Today I want to leave this advice to my Stemiatians friends.

Marry the person you love most, not the person you most want ...

And remember, success does not come alone, it comes with peace and prosperity ...
