The NY Times has no credibility and is part of the very cover up of the violation of civil liberties. You are suggesting that Nunes is lying to the public yet you offer no evidence or detailed information to support your implications. These are serious charges and you better have something better than the partisan NY Times to support your dismissal of the violation of Civil Rights and the 4th Amendment.
