The question is so burdened by assumptions, it's not even worthy of answering. One would need to define God, which - to my knowledge - no one has ever done in a thorough enough fashion to make the question answerable. Even by common, nebulous definitions, God does not interact with the physical world in the same way we do, so he cannot be said to "lift" anything; nor does he "create rocks" our of thin air. Anyone asking this agenda-laden question is dishonest, and is hardly worth arguing with until they demonstrate an earnest willingness to seek truth, rather than promote a particular ideology.
