Suicide is not an option

in #religion6 years ago

Where did we fail as a church, with this suicidal acts ravaging our youths.

✔ We fail in teaching relevant truths needed for the present day victorious living.

New trends like this shows largely that we are not in tune with the present dealings of the Holy Spirit.

Come on! Danced on Sunday and committed suicide on Tuesday, what message was preached?

Any Gospel that cannot transform and put people on the lane of destiny and their God given purpose is fallacy.

The Gospel is not lopsided in it's approach. Believers should be equipped emotionally, financially, and spiritually.

Instead of preaching to equip, we are cut up in the web of the 'tithe' and 'seed' saga.

✔ We fail in raising men and women of active fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

The ministry of the Holy Spirit has been relegated to speaking in tongues and showoff of pictorial excerpts of people who fall under the anointing in our programs.

How many are enjoying His ministry as the 'Comforter' through fellowship?

Can we even take people to a place we have not experienced?

Suicide is demonic, talking to someone about depression is just a temporal countermeasure.

See this thing will be difficult, you can't fight a spirit with sugarcoated words of encouragement.

Expose believers to Prayers, Required and Beneficial Studies, The art of hosting and Sustaining God's presence, Spiritual Intelligence.

✔ We fail in "Doing" Love.

The talk of love is too much.

Dan! Do 'love' than talk 'love'.

Love gives when a brother needs money or resources. Love visits, Love sacrifices, Love prays, Love encourages and do a thorough follow up.

Let's do love.
