Reputation increased

Well Its been 3 days on steemit i still dont know much about reputation and stuffs but today i just noticed that i reached reputation level of 37 from 25..And i am really greatful to that but i still don't know how these points increases and does reputation points affect any account i am looking forward to increase my points too.It may help when i start audiophile review of my some high end headphones and amps..
