Korean researcher
A researcher at a Korea's public research center is sparking controversy by proposing a plan to allow women to enter school a year early or have the government arrange for them to meet, in order to resolve low birth rates. To increase the working-age population, a plan was also put forward to lower the school entrance age and allow the elderly to immigrate overseas.
It appears that the research Institute will not be able to avoid criticism, as they allowed the researcher to publish nonsensical claims without reviewing them.
