Since HF21, everyone has 2.5 free downvotes and hordes of people are flagging various content on the trending pages. However, it's not all content, it's basically low quality posts that have bought a ton of votes. So you will most likely not be able to see any form of ROI on this one.

Instead of a thumbs up, it's a thumbs down. As you can see on your pending payout on this post, it has already been reduced by ~$15 or so, and I wouldn't be too surprised if it went down to less than $5.

Upvote = Reward.
Downvote = Reduce Reward.
