What in the shit is a "trending post" on Facebook? It's a friend's network not a public social media network. Completely, utterly different.
Come on now. There was a time when Facebook had trending news section where they placed "popular" news articles. But maybe you're right, maybe Facebook was a bad example.
Would you ever see a trending Youtube video where some talking head said they'd share your video, and all you have to do is give their video a thumbs up! No.
