Stephen King is the master of literary horror-thriller and I know it as all readers of the genre. I read so many books of his, that only when you say "Stephen King" my hair ‘rise’ ... Pet Sematary is no exception, even I think is one of the "pearls" of the writer. The essence of the novel is written on the back cover of the book: "Stephen King could write a story that would scare even himself? To scare him in such a manner as to be afraid to write to the finish? Pet Sematary seems to be just this story. "
Pet Sematary, Stephen King | Book Review
Yes, the novel is the horror genre, but this should not frighten us. Because it's not just that. It is a story about life, about the desire to have a normal life, even banal, with family and friends to enjoy as much time. Beyond a cemetery - fenced and surrounded, life pulsates in every second of breath and we appreciate it when pulse slows.
The young physician Louise Creed has a beautiful family, a exciting profession and a great appetite for life. When he moved to a small town in Maine he become friend with hospitable neighbor Jud. His life is a little disturbed but the family is adapting fast. Louise senses that little bizarre joke is taken in by himself and passed them in the "imagination". But the reality of Ludlow far surpasses any macabre imagination.

And then, "Is there any man able to resist the temptation to play for God?" - Reading animal graveyard find out if yes, find out who and how it does.
Louis, his wife, two children and the cat house shortly pass through a series of suspicious events. Together and also separately. They tie much love, understanding, tolerance and harmony, they get to be separated from mysteries, secrets, fears and ... dead.
The leitmotif of the novel: The soil of the human heart is even more rocky. The man can cultivate what he can and take care of what cultivate
