Thanks to Caleb Pike (https://www.youtube.com/user/dslrvideoshooter) for giving some exceptionally in-depth comparisons with a boat-load of LED panels that are budget friendly. For what I do and what I need, these are definitely the best budget LED panel lights that you can get for the price. I actually lit this video with these lights.
Don't worry about the video in the background, I'm in the middle of a project in which I'm transferring a full inventory of VHS's to DVD's. It's an arduous project.
