PopSocket and PopClip Review
A couple weeks ago I purchased a PopSocket suggest by my friend Haley. I fell in love with a phone accessory. I can use it as a stand for cute selfies, I can browse my phone in bed without my phone falling on my face, and it relieves a lot of pressure my hand feels while holding my large phone. I have a protective case on my phone and it sticks beautifully. After deciding that I wanted to keep using it I purchased a PopClip and now I can see google maps in my car clipped to my dashboard.
What is a PopSocket?
This is the design that I purchased from their website.
What is a PopClip?
It is a non-movable (unless you buy more stickies) mount for your PopSocket, literally can mount your phone anywhere. I mounted it in my car and I live in Arizona, the adhesive is amazing. I can easily move my phone vertically and horizontally with out even taking my eyes the road.
Downsides?
- PopSocket is a little in the way, but you can move it all you want, stick it to another surface if you aren't using it and put it back on your phone when you want. I just leave mine on all the time. It's fun to mess with and you can even design your own.
- The mount is not movable and does not stick to armor all (my bad). Unlike me, make sure you read the instructions and choose a good spot. Clean the spot, put the clip on, and don't attach your phone for 8 hours. The instructions are in the top of the package as well as an extra adhesive pad. I am sure you can purchase a third party reusable sticky pad and just customize the PopClip yourself.
(I am not paid to say any of this, I just love my PopSocket)
