Soccer racism.
Right-wing nationalists in Europe get mad when the national soccer team has too many (as they see it) immigrant players or non-white players. This attitude is simultaneously bigoted and stupid. Racial preferences for native-born white players would just make their teams worse.
As a fan of Boston sports teams and various US national teams, I want to say I don't care what color the players are or where they were born. All I care about is that they win! If they win, it doesn't matter whether it's with white players, black players, purple players, or green players (though it would be cool to have green players on the Celtics). I'm even open to Wookie, Klingon, and Romulan players.
