Ripple coin is special kind of digital coins. And we will not know who owned it. Currently, the circulation is only among exchange traders . Ripple was introduced by a group of expertise which consists of private investors, developers, board of shareholders. These peoples hold the coins initially with a certain percentage allocation for each others.

Initially its not a decentralized kind of coins, But today after been commercialized on exchange platforms. Ripple has been spread around traders. Ripple inflation risk nearly to nil. This is due to limited supply of ripples that inherit from incapability to mine it. Thus it makes the Ripple founders have purely control on certain percentage of purchasing power. 

So lets see how ripple is doing with current price at $0.24 . Currently a buy trend is on-going, after been dumped  from June - August. The trend below was based on 2 hour window starting June till today, Red indicator showing sell trend of dumping was huge eliminating buy market starting from End May till end Sep. There was a massive buy volumes on end Aug (Green Indicator above red indicator) however its been steadily decreased due to constant of dumping on Sep. But now the buy trend has been increased starting at $0.17. The volumes increased on stable state trend without massive trades. 

Target Buy Price is around $0.18 if trend below $0.22 , current price is sill promising with optimistic bullish past $0.25.
