Why I’m Long Hold on XRP - Part 1 - Staffing Structure

So with all the panic selling and FUD surrounding XRP I decided to write a series of articles on why I’m long hold on XRP (And why I think you should be too!) This will be divided into several parts, to make sure I put my points across with as much detail as possible!

Part 1 - The Ripple Lab, Inc Team

Ripple has the best team in Crypto/blockchain technology pushing its software and digital asset forward. Period. Ripple have a transparent and professional staff structure (unlike many other Cryptos) The very fundermentals and core of any successful buisness is the team that drives it. Ripple’s employees genuinely believe in the product and want to see Ripple succeed.

Let’s take a look at some of the most famous/key personalities within Ripple.

Brad Garlinghouse -

Brad is the CEO of Ripple. Previously, Brad served as COO of the company. He was President of Consumer Applications at AOL from 2009 to 2012. Prior to AOL, Brad held various positions at Yahoo! from 2003 to 2009, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President.

He’s an experienced and competent CEO. This isn’t his first Rodeo. During interviews and Q and A’s he come across very well, holding his own and installing confidence in any XRP invester. An absoloute solid leader.

David Schwartz (AKA JoelKatz) -

David Schwartz is Chief Cryptographer at Ripple. David is one of the original architects of the Ripple consensus network. Prior to joining Ripple, David Schwartz was Chief Technical Officer for WebMaster Incorporated, a Santa Clara software developer. He developed encrypted cloud storage and enterprise messaging systems for organizations like CNN and the National Security Agency (NSA).

One of my favourite Ripple staff members, his passion for Ripple and XRP is second to none. He takes undue negative comments and press on Ripple and XRP personally (And why shouldn’t he?) He’s one of the more vocal staff members, most apparent on Twitter.

Zoe Cruz -

Member of the Board of Directors. Zoe Cruz was Co-President of Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2007 where she was responsible for running major revenue-generating businesses, including overseeing their securities risk management and information technology. From 2009 to 2012 she was involved in founding and running her own investment management firm, Voras Capital Management. Prior to becoming Co-President of Morgan Stanley, she had been its Global Head of Fixed Income, Commodities and Foreign Exchange from 2001 until 2005.

Another very qualified candidate, previous experience in huge financial institutes may work in Ripples favour as they continue to demonstrate Ripple’s use cases to similar institutes.

I could continue to list more extremely impressive and competent Ripple employees, but my intention was to show how well structured and professional Ripple is. I think the above 3 employees have achieved this.
