Ripple and Swift, Who is the winner?

SWIFT have launched their Global Payments Innovation Initiative (GPII).
Ripple is a blockchain company. Ripple calls this Inter Ledger Protocol (ILP) and they have open sourced it to public domain: faster, cheaper and more complete process
