Sadak Se Sarhad Tak: Across the Frontiers
Every 3 minutes, a life is lost on Indian roads. 45% of these deaths are caused due to excessive blood loss. Most of these lives could be saved. Our soldiers too lose their lives in the absence of proper haemostat devices and technology. A film that calls upon us all to stand up, #SadakSeSarhadTak.
An artist is haunted by the visions of a traumatic accident that changed his life in an instant. Overcome by inaction, he fails to save a life that could have been saved with a timely first response. The artist then transforms his life and that of the accident and war victims by becoming a first responder.
From the roads to the borders, hundreds of human lives are lost every single day in India. The Extreme Welfare Mission is an NGO based in Delhi, India that aims to create first responders through technology, awareness, and training.
We sincerely wish to thank Mr. Vinay Sharma, the renowned artist (he also plays the artist in the film). Shot on location in his beautiful art studio.
