I think we have the choice currently to create a technological utopia or dystopia. How we choose to allow the technology to be used today, will seal the fate for future generations to come. It would be sooooo sad to make it to this level of technological advancement, only to destroy ourselves. I agree though, if we don't change our ways, we very well could be heading for disaster.
I agree that we currently stand on the precipice. I feel that blockchain is a step in the right direction....
Absolutely, blockchain, peer to peer, mesh nets, these can all be very liberating technologies if used properly.
