Did you know that robots is not a recent achievement, and have been around over 2 centuries?

This amazing robot that was build by the Swiss watchmaker Henri Maillardet is quite impressive. It was built in 1805, and this little robotic boy has many skills to be proud off, its amazing abilities give him the possibility with his quite complicated mechanism to draw 4 different designs and write three poems!

Even today, the complexity is quite impressive, Automaton as it is called was given as a donation to the Science Museum Franklin in the U.S to be recorder in the history.
