Is love the true purpose of living?
We're interesting beings. Born greedy in nature when we were children, crying for not having whatever it is we wanted at the time and even sometimes hitting our parents for not getting what we demanded. We would yell, cry, destroy and cause disturbing noises just for the sake of getting what we want for ourselves.
We spend our years grinding over and over again for what we want, and with every new stage in our lives, after thinking we figured it all out, we only realize that we were just meddling around like children all over again. We don't know what we want. We don't know who we are. We start all over again.
The cycle keeps repeating, and our greed and selfishness refuses to leave. We just keep going. We know what we want, again, but this time we're sure. We know this is the purpose. This is why we came, why we were created and chosen by the maker to be placed right in this position, to serve that one specific purpose behind our miserable life. Until...
You see them. Your significant other from the future. The one individual whose very existence shakes your core, causing tremors all over your body, as if you'd been struck by a meteor. At this very moment, you feel like your entire creation was meant for this moment. A moment that only cosmic entities get to experience. The glow in their eyes... the smell of their clothes, the way they eat their food, when they get all goofy and make you cry from laughter. You feel like this is why you were brought to life.
We breathe for many reasons, until we meet this soulmate we never knew we were missing. Some of us don't experience this, but those who do have a clear understanding of those words. When you see them, you are lost in time and space. Nothing can disturb your peace. You have achieved enlightenment. You have become one with the universe. Your universe. Your love. The very reason behind your existence, for which you have sworn to serve until eternity. And when death does you part, you will follow, for you cannot endure such agony.
From my point of view, humans are just lost souls wandering the Earth in search for that one person whom they shall guard with their life. We live to see them happy. We cry out of joy when we see them reach their peaks of glory. We are fulfilled when they are one with us. In my opinion; humans who never do this just didn't come to this conclusion just yet. And in reality, our only true purpose since the dawn of time was to love. It is what drives us to Godlike abilities and keeps us going. And without it... we're just empty vessels wandering about.

@therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
