Delicious New Year's food
Waiting the New Year witha full stomach. As traditional italian cuisine is world famous for New Year's Eve expect to have lentils that are served with cotechino, a big portion of pork sausage that is boiled with low heat for three hours before it is served, expect to have zampone stuffing with pig's trotter meant to bring luck for the new year, all of this served with a glass of spumante or prosecco. If you choose to dine out that day prepare to make a reservation earlier since restaurants will be full.
