Long term clients in sales (Roofing)

Around September I had a client reach out to me for a simple roof job. After further inspection, I recommended that they contact their insurance company. One of my recent posts had something similar as they were neighbors and this client was just pure luck. Fast forward to the start of December. All the paperwork has been completed and they got approved for a new roof as well as the check.

It's quite amazing how people aren't willing to contact their insurance companies in order to have them take care of most problems. In these cases, we received best-case scenarios. Everything varies by state, insruance company, and your policy. Roofs are as amazing as a brand new bathroom and or kicthen. But it's important to always keep things up to date as it can be costly in the end.
