Ingredients:
Fresh leaf
Oil-1 l.
Maltodextrin-10 gr
Dry vinegar-5 gr.

Rinse and dry the fresh leaves.
Fry them in oil at 160 C until the air bubbles rising to the surface disappear.
Remove excess oil and season the finished leaves with salt.

Mix maltodextrin and vinegar powder.

Use a sieve to apply the mixture to the leaves. Remove excess with a brush.
