First marathon this year
First half I was supporting a friend like usual. Second half I was able to speed things up a little bit. All in all we had a lot of fun here today in Tiberias Israel at the sea of Galilee.

lol. not only a little slower. supported a friend in the first half. that was awful. but he'ls strong. The mf finished after 5 hours 15 minutes as well. not training at all before ;)
