I probably ought to think more about what I eat, but I think my diet is fairly good. I don't eat meat, but I get a good mix. My wife is doing Weightwatchers, so I'm having the same with larger portions. My weight is fairly stable and may even be going down. I guess the extra training I'm doing is having an effect on that.

As long as you feel good, that's the key! Journaling is great if you're a little uncertain or just want to get a better feel for what your body responds to, but once you have a routine down that works for you it's not really necessary. I've heard Weight Watchers has gotten a lot better than it used to be, so I imagine you are doing well! 😀
