Look at my fantastic healthy Salmon receipt !!
Hello everyone,
First of all I gotta tell you, once you try this, you'll be in love with it, no kidding ;)
For 1 person, you'll need
- a nice salmon, about a 200gr, of course its up to you how much you love it
-tea butter
I love cooking it on that, add a bit of salt, and don't forget that you gotta cook it on the skin side mostly, otherwise it can falls apart, and wont look as nice as it tastes :D
-some leaves of ice salad
just clean and slice them in normal size :)
-some small new potatoes
Just clean them, cut in half, don't be afraid of the skin, its supernice
-a quarter of lemon
squeeze a bit on the salad ;)
-pomegranate sauce
when the fish is almost done, I used to add a touch of pomegranate sauce to it, so it caramelize on it, and serve it like here
-some herbs and sauces can be added to seasoning it when its done (mostly salt and black pepper makes it perfect, but you can add chili as well)
