in #san7 years ago

The San Remo Convention is an agreement signed in San Remo, Italy on April 19, 1920, and held by the Supreme Allied Council. The agreement deals with conditions of reconciliation with Turkey as well as the establishment of the mandate arrangements in the Arab regions and the future of the Arab region. The agreement expired on April 25 of the same year, and resulted in the Treaty of Sevres, whose contents were not known until May 15, 1920. Their decisions were unfair and unjust to the Arabs and had harsh conditions for Turkey.
