SARK...

SARK; Susan Aerial Rainbow Kennedy...
I first found her in my newly landed wonder days in San Francisco [early 1990s]. I found her offerings a brilliant mirror of the burst of inner technicolor I had been lately experiencing. I found her #PlayEthic embodiment utterly delightful; multi-colored, bold and sassy, playful and bright declarations of Life.. to Life.. for Life.. with Life..

Succulent

That's what it was and still is, all about; reclaiming succulent juicy juicy Life life.

Back then, I used to go down to Chestnut Street, near the Bay, to New Agey stores who stocked her quintessential SARK posters, just soak them in, absorb the irrepressible spirit she was expressing in every creation of hers.

Come to learn, twenty years on, by her own hand, that inherent in her journey of becoming was this idea that loving herself may be all that was in store for her and she could be happy with that... So there she was...., when, as the universe is wont to do, a new door flew open.

Succulent Wild Love is a love story SARK never expected to be telling

It's about how her intimate partner showed up. Its about what they bring to each other and themselves in this new lover relationship. It is further, in true SARK spirit, about all the ways in which anyone but anyone can open to More Love .. co-written by SARK and her bright new love, Dr John Waddell.

One reviewer writes:

"This is true heart nourishment, elegantly delivered by two master teachers, writers, and life livers. Drench yourself on these pages and revel in the goodness so you can 'feel more love more often' in your own succulent life and relationships." [Kris Carr, New York Times bestselling author of Crazy Sexy Diet].

So, we purchased this book, actually, as a research book because we ourselves have been writing (in our heads and hearts for nearly thirty years almost since the first day we met!), 'our book'. We'd finally gotten serious about publishing our book, Dreaming Each Other Awake, just in these last couple years, and were having trouble identifying, for our publisher, books in the genre. That was how come I stumbled upon Succulent Wild Love

SARK is just as magical as ever she was...

Which is all about actually, reframing;

Activating Your Inner Wise Self to Transform & Care for Your Feelings Newly and Differently

Where you've got a "fast list" of "I feel" *(spill it out, the thing that's bothering you, spit it out, no holds barred fast list) ~they use the example of neighbour-slams-the-door, like, repeatedly until you are ARRRggghhhh ~
Then comes the reframing.... So you go from your "I feel" fast list, to:

Inner Wise Self reFrame

@griffindeva @chireya @kennyskitchen @abelartist Well, I'm kinda hanging in here by a thread. I would have loved to have had Kenny's minnow steemit experience of throwing something at the wall and coming back weeks later to something like $90 in earnings... That was not to be (for me and nor expected really). But I even almost got shut out for too much activity in the course of one day; "planetweaver, you have exceeded bandwidth limit, wait or power up steem". That was me attempting to earn an award I saw, for 4 postings in one day, I guess I did too much 'curating' that day... Searching for what this steemit notice meant, I found "take this seriously!! They will shut you down!". So I backed off.

This has been my first post in a while. True to say, I'd still rather post here on steemit than on facebook. I've grooved into markdown (I like it) and I appreciate being able to have a title and tags (like we used to have on TSU platform). But boy, how long must we minnows expect to hang in there/here with zero zero zero (practically) on every [decent] post? How does one gain traction... And yes, I am doing my best to equally comment/curate, upvote resteem etc. besides just post.
