I can just add that we don't vote in a circle. We upvote the artistic production of everyone participating in our initiatives and also we selfvote because of funding reasons. This community account gives 100% for the members of our open community. We have been helped by witnesses because we create real content and not shitposts, but at the moment the money to run it come exclusively from @f3nix (because I enjoy) + there are the delegations of our core members (because they enjoy too). Everyone else get free steem and upvotes.
@bananafish I believe you but if it comes to it I I it et in a circle if my circle is a common tag like #freewrite #cc #ccc #appics, etc. If it comes to the downvoter he will make more rules to downvote because he can.
