You're misinterpreting scripture. You need to look at the verses on either side of it in order to understand it. Look at this:
Isaiah 7:6-7 New International Version (NIV)
6 “Let us invade Judah; let us tear it apart and divide it among ourselves, and make the son of Tabeel king over it.” 7 Yet this is what the Sovereign Lord says:
“‘It will not take place,
it will not happen,
God is speaking here ONLY about the plans of evil men to conquer Judah. That's it.
Every verses in the Bible has meaning to us, so your contribution is okay, likewise the way I put it too is not bad. Thanks
