Proverbs 16:24
"Honeycomb are soft sayings;
Softness to the soul and medicine for the bones".

Smile.
The word smile , etymologically speaking, it derives from Latin. Thus, we can establish that it is the result of the sum of two components of said language:
• The prefix "are-", which comes from "sub-" and which means "below".
• "Risus", which is the participle of the verb "ridere", which was equivalent to "laugh". (taken from the Spanish dictionary)

In general it is understood that the smile is a natural (biological) response to a stimulus, that is, it is innate. People do not learn to smile or do it by imitation, but the smile arises spontaneously even when we are babies.

Mother Teresa in one of her thoughts said: "Smile at everyone, smile at your wife, smile at your husband, smile at your children, smile at others _ no matter who they are _ and that will help you to develop greater love for each one "

In that sense, smiling is a beautiful feeling in those who practice it, a natural connection, impassive and without planning between people.

The smile influences others as a feeling of encouragement and hope, a "I can help you", so it is important that you always give a word of encouragement to others and you can give a smile even if we need it, but if not we receive it, offer it to us and we will receive a reward.
Smiling help encourages other people to continue to struggle to have hope because when you smile you are expressing love and we are certainly born to love and give love.

It is important to find wisdom to find the best way to express God's love to your fellow human beings. There are so many people who need it! You can give back the desire to continue fighting.
A smile can change someone's life!
The book of Proverbs 15:13 tells us:
The happy heart nice the face;
But for the pain of the heart the spirit is broken.

For the joyful heart is good medicine, but the broken spirit dries the bones.
The pleasant words said the psalmist are like honey comb, sweet to the soul and health to the bones.
And the smile in the one you look at can transfer the best feelings to the dejected soul.

Smile costs nothing, it's free but you can have a powerful influence on someone...

Excellent @xiore, Studies carried out on the smile declares that laughter can give us a new focus on the situations in which we find ourselves, since they activate our prefrontal cortex. This area is responsible for the most developed human functions, such as creativity, perseverance, more flexible thinking and organization.
«The most wasted day of all, is one without smiles. «A smile costs little but it is worth a lot. The one who gives it is happy and the one who receives it thanks it. It lasts only a moment and his memory, sometimes, lasts a lifetime »
