Amazon took my money, scammed me and then closed my account for no reason

The big company amazon, that I thought would never do something like this, did it.

These months I've been buying little stuffs on amazon, turns out 1 phone I bought on June 30th probabbly got confused but I never got the phone, instead got a camera bag worths of 25$ USD, the phone is 56.80$, so like a normal person I tried to reach the seller and he said he'd call, he didnt, I sent an email to amazon regarding my problem, they asked if I wanted a refund or to send the product I said any of both would be fine, I was more than happy to return the item, they processed the refund in like a day, after they did I got this email:

and I'm like what the heck is going on, I appealed of course, the only other amazon account I had is still open (but I no longer use it, hadnt even opened it in months), so they had to reason to close this one for that, I told them if they could at least give me the money I had on the account (62.80 USD) they said no:

I called them, they said they'd send a form and the account specialist would email me within 24 hours, he did it in minutes, saying that my account has been closed due to an unusual amount of reports and I was like ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????:

and yeah of course I was mad because they weren't even reading what I was saying. So, I've called again, same thing but the reason changed again to "we closed other of you account that violated out terms" then saying that they would help me with the refund and, FOCUS ON THIS: SAYING THAT IF I HAD DIGITAL CONTENT I CAN STILL GET THEM ON MANAGE CONTENT AND DEVICES WHEN THEY DONT LET ME LOG IN, THEY CLOSED IT, that's when I noticed they weren't even paying attention:

After many calls and emails they just said they won't answer anymore:

So, they took my money, my content, my account, and no clear reason.

I know, you must be like "Chill it's only 62.80$ USD thats nothing", but I'm from Venezuela, here for a month of work you get only 2$ USD, it's quite hard to get them and it hurts you know, to lose that amount of money, of work for nothing, what's worst is the fact that that phone was a gifts for my little brother's birthday, that due to the situation here he had never got a phone and never asked for one since things here are bad and he knows that its expensive.

No, I don't buy and ask for refund, otherwise I wouldn't be so sure at asking them to double check accounts

I have never reported a problem before, this is the first one and because they actually didn't get my phone, and the seller didn't answer
