Don't send anything to this scammer! This is what taints great places like steemit. He will try very hard to get you to give him steem. Don't believe and stay away.. Just a heads up to the steemit world.
weird enough... Actually he have a lot of STEEM, but its not powered up, so his upvote wont worth much... If he power up that million steem could give you 1k$ upvote...
the @steemit2 account seems legit, probably was someone trying to scam you on the chat i guess...

All you have to do is to go to steemnow and search if his 100% upvote is worth 100$.
If it's not worth than he is 100% scam.
