Everything looked good at the time I bought card.
I think the sbd /steem price had a lot to do w/ it...I think my card was shipped,and recalled. had tracking number from USPS said was in transite, on 26th Feb.. so ... I figure he did intentionally send it... as to why he did not refund $$ ,I am claiming fraud/scamm.
I see people did get cards at first. I was a week? to late
