- Chromosomal method
This method plays a role in determining the gender of genes carried out by the existing chromosomes. Sex chromosomes, which chromosomes play in sex determination, are called sex Chromosome. Sex chromosomes are different in female and male animals. Specific genes existing in sex chromosomes are responsible for the specific sexual (feminine or masculine) external structure. The chromosomes which are inactivate sex and are identical to both female and male animals, are called autosome.
In this case, 4 types of chromosomal system can be found
A) XX-XY method: For most mammals, organisms are controlled by genes according to XX-XY method. New animals have a couple of sex chromosomes, one of which comes from mother and the other is from the father. If both parents give X chromosomes, then the animal is female (XX). On the other hand, the mother X chromosome and the father Y chromosome give the animal the boy (XY). Thus, in this method, the male (XY) animal is Heterogametic (carries a half-genital cell X and half-genomed Y chromosome). On the other hand, the wife (XX) animal is Homo gametic (all genes carry X chromosomes). Since the mother is able to provide only X chromosomes in the genus, but the father can provide X or Y chromosomes in the genital cell, depending on whether the child will be a child or a girl, depending on whether the father gave X chromosomes to his genital or Y chromosome. So this method is responsible for determining the sex of the father's child. This sex determination method is available in all mammals, some insects and reptiles.
