GALILEO GALILEI is a very unfortunate inventor
Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) was an Italian astronomer, mathematician, physicist, professor, author, inventor of the laws of motion which was then formulated by Newton, the father of the experimental method, the inventor of the law of falling objects, the inventor of pendulum law, the inventor of the thermometer and telescope, inventor of mathematical theory of parabolic motion.
He was the first person in the world to apply mathematics to analyze mechanics. It links physics and astronomy with mathematics and not with traditional philosophy. He opposed the opinions of Aristotle and Ptolemy. Actually the first person in the world to find a telescope or binoculars was Hans Lippershey, the Dutch optician, in 1608. But Lippershey refused to accept his patent.
When hearing that Galileo then made his own telescope. At first the telescope was only able to raise the object 9 times and finally managed to make a telescope that can raise objects 33 times. With this simple telescope Galileo became famous for discovering the rings of Saturn, the four moons of Jupiter, the mountains and the craters on the moon.
He also discovered beneath the galaxy is actually a multi-million-dollar cluster
Galileo was born in Pisa, Italy, on February 15, 1564 and died in Arcetri on 8 January 1642 at the age of 78 because of a fever. He was born three days before Michelangelo died and died one year before Newton was born. Galileo's father was Vicenzo Galilei, music and mathematician.
He expected Galileo to be a doctor. When Galileo was 10 years old, his parents moved to Florence, where Galileo attended the Vallombrosa monastery. At the age of 17 years he was told his father entered the University of Pisa majoring in medicine. One day he entered the city's cathedral. There he saw the chandelier that was being lighted by the koster (minister).
The lights were swinging at the touch of the coster. The width of the swing is varied. Galieo calculated the length of the swing with his pulse because there was no alrloji or other measuring instrument at the time. Arriving home he repeated the event with a ball of various sizes and weight. Finally he found this law: Swing time does not depend on the width of the swing and the weight of the pendulum, the origin of the swing width is not too large. The swing time is directly proportional to the length of the pendulum and inversely proportional to the acceleration root caused by the gravitational force.
Galileo studied mathematics on Ostilio Ricci, a teacher at the Tuscana Palace. He began to tired of medical school and at the age of 21 years to quit college without a doctor because of lack of fees. He began to fabricate his work on the hydrostatic balance (1586) and center of gravity on solids (1589) causing him to be famous in Italy and appointed lecturer at the University of Padova.
He has a maid named Maria Gamba. With this woman she got two daughters and a boy. University lecturers throughout Italy consider the teachings of Aristotle and Ptolemy most correct. Aristotle says that heavy objects fall first to earth rather than light objects. And say that the surface of the moon flat and emit light. Ptolemes says that the earth does not move 'the sun and stars around the earth. Religious figures follow the teachings of Ptolemy because in the written scriptures! Sun, stop! This sentence is misinterpreted as the sun that moves not the earth. (Compare it with everyday sentences of sunrise and sunset).

Galileo was able to prove that Aristotle and Ptolemy of celestial objects and their motion and order were also wrong Galileo took sides and supported Copernicus's theory that the sun is the center of the solar system.
