This user has been a disgrace of Steemit community since her first post. More of a disgrace are those whales who empower her (Just see on whose whales autovote list she has been).
It is actually a disgrace to whole humanity that such perpetrators of dangerous pseudoscience are so popular. The disgusting thing is that they brainwash children with this new agish or anti pharma bullshit like religious zealots (as seen on the photo).

Please contact the users that are upvoting and make sure they know. Some of it might simply be ignorance.
Trust me, those whales know. They have been upvoting that user for almost a year. It is not the first time, someone complained.

Me too. For the same reason. I was upvoting some users regularly then I realised that I accidently upvoted some really morally dubious stuff.
I am only using steemvoter. Can't trust other trails.
A lot of steemit early adopters are paranoid conspiracy nuts that believe a lot of nonsense like that; I'm not sure if it's because they project greed and deceit onto others by default, or what.

I am not sure either. But steemit trending is quite capable of twisting people's minds into believing them. Trending and popular = true facts? Maybe not.
