Photo of the Earth and the Moon from a distance of 63.6 million kilometers

The photo was taken by the spacecraft OSIRIS-Rex and shown by NASA on January 17, 2018

When the interplanetary station was at a distance of 63.6 million km from Earth,  the camera and radio transmitters was tested by photographing our planet and its natural satellite.

In the photo you can also see some constellations. Fox example, the bright cluster of stars in the upper left corner is the constellation Pleiades.
