The wave coming back to the tower is reflected energy, and known in transmission line theory, imho. But what isn't accounted for, is the "aether" component he was pumping into his systems from a small trigger. He was able to create a river with the 'aether' flow, and then dipped his "pedal wheel" in with his one wire system and also wireless systems.
