Flying Car
Actually, the flying car should already be 2011 to buy. However, the development took longer than expected, so that the maiden flight took place in 2012. Now the flying tricycle can be pre-ordered for a deposit. The first cars will be delivered this year, but only in 2019 in the EU.
To get into the air, the PAL-V called flying car needs a 300m long runway, as it works on the gyrocopter principle. It weighs 700kg and has a 200hp petrol engine. In the air the car consumes 26l per hour and can fly about 150km / h fast. On the ground, the rotor blades are folded. The vehicle owner requires both a driver's license and a pilot's license. For the average consumer, the price should be less affordable. The first model will cost half a million euros.
