Solar Flare-One of the most powerful hydrogen bomb!!!

What is Solar Flare
Solar Flare is tremendously energetic matters infuse in the space by SUN. It happens due to sudden release of magnetic field release in the solar atmosphere due to rapid moving charged electrons interact with the plasma in the Sun. Flares are so powerful and erupt tremendous amount of heat and radiation, which is as same as millions of hydrogen bombs. It can last for few minutes too. This can also result in CME and Solar storms.
NASA SDO
The NASA Solar Dynamic Observatory, it main goal is to monitor the activity on Sun. Solar flares are the powerful eruption of harmful radiation. However, this doesn’t cause any harm to earth due distance from Sun and its atmosphere. But sometime solar eruption can cause communication satellite to stop functioning, complete blackout or disruption of signals.

SF Classification
Solar flare can be classified in different category start from A,B,C, M, X. Where A class flare is smalled and X is most powerful. With each class it is further scale with 1 to 10.
