Melatonin is a natural substance produced by the pineal gland present in all life forms. It's an intelligent molecule with multiple functions that acts selectively only when and where it's needed, and it's a substance that doesn't contain any contraindications and has no side effects.

The best melatonin is vegetable origin, which is extracted from cocoa and acts directly on sleep. melatonin determines the sleep-wake cycle and should always be taken half an hour before bedtime to restore your own circadian rhythm.

Melatonin acts directly on the pineal gland, keeping it efficient and preventing its aging. Also improves the efficiency of the immune system by increasing our natural defenses and preserving them from diseases in general such as: flu, colds and in particular those typical of aging, cancer, cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases.
