healthy ingredients for hair!
Hello steemers! In my previous post, I shared 5 DIY hair masks that consisted of easy ingredients from your house. (check it out if you haven't already!!) In this post, it will be a continuation from that and explain why each of these ingredients were used, and the purpose behind them. I hope everyone learns something new!
First off, let's review the ingredients that were included.
Coconut Oil
Avocado
Aloe Vera
Banana
Eggs
Almond Oil
Peppermint Oil
Bentonite Clay
Apple Cider Vinegar
Now, I will talk about each one individually.
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil serves as a moisturizer and can help seal split ends. Also, it acts like a deep condtioner, so your hair can retain moisture. Also, it can restore the natural balance of oils on your scalp.
Avocado
Avocado is extremely helpful for those with frizzy hair. It also contains several protiens/amino acids to help strengthen your hair. Finally, the natural oils help dry hair become silky and soft!Aloe Vera
Aloe vera contains several beneficial nutrients! It can help repair dead skin cells on your scalp, which can help if you have dandruff, or split ends. Also, it can help your hair grow and serve as a deep conditioner.Banana
Banana contains vitamins A, B, C, and E, which can help hair become more healthier, just as it does to our bodies! The natural oils in bananas help to prevent split ends and breakage as well.Almond Oil
Almond oil is filled with fatty acids and vitamins A and E, all are beneficial to the health of your hair.Eggs
The yolk of an egg contains protein, lecithin, and fats which make hair softer and smoother. In addition, They help remove excess oil from your hair, and leave it remaining soft and silky!
Bentonite Clay
Bentonite clay essentially eliminate toxins! This has been used all throughout history for this purpose.Peppermint Oil
In various studies, it has been proven that peppermint oil ca help promote hair growth, and prevents the possibility of hair loss.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Beginning of, this form of vinegar helps remove build up from your hair or scalp. Also, it helps restore your scalps natural PH level, making the oils more even.

These are all healthy natural ingredients. Great suggestions for beauty as well as overall health. I grow my own Avocados and Aloe vera and eat Coconut oil everyday for internal health. Good post @makeupfever.
