Ice fruit is one of the most popular fasting drinks. Mixed assortment of fruit with milk and syrup sauce is a refreshing meal to break the fast.

Unfortunately, the ice fruit is not as healthy as we think. Supplement of milk, syrup, and sugar make this one very high sugar drink, so it is not good for health.
