"Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself."
- Just because there is something you must do, that doesn't mean you must treat yourself so unkind, right?
- Both discipline and self esteem should go together.

"Mas allá de una sana disciplina,
sé benigno contigo mismo."
- Solo porque haya algo que debes hacer eso no significa que debas tratarte a ti mismo con rudeza. ¿No crees?
- Tanto la disciplina como la autoestima deben marchar juntos.
