Another good tip is to use copyrighted images for clickbait.
No need to mention the photographer, in this case "Pascal Le Segretain via Getty Images", cause he also loves it, when his photography is used to make same money without any participation or asking for permission. Also citing the source huffingtonpost.co.uk is way to specific. I always use the term: "Source: Internet", that's absolutely satisfactory. Not!
I'm just curious, how you'd like it, if I used your photography the same way in my posts...

The law nowhere on whole world declare Steemit is a commercial platform - totally a social thing here. When 90% of the whales use it to pay their life (and see it so) others can also nothing for it.
Thats wonderful when people tunnel their thinkings into law - what is absolute not clear and would probably never ever hold. Even in Europe you have national totally different law when it comes to copyright... so what count in Germany for example can be put immediately into trash in Austria.
I do not see the post resigning rewards, therefore, it is commercial use.

Copyright is a difficult topic and having worked across social platforms during some years I am quite confident you have nothing to be afraid of @surfermarly

Aber auf solche Denunzianten hat die Blockchain gewartet - der Meier der schon die Nachbarschaft terrorisiert hat das Internet entdeckt. Das Internet ist nicht groß geworden durch closed source, Anwälte und solche Deppen.

Ich bin auch ein Fan von OpenSource, aber wenn jemand sich dazu entscheidet, seine Werke nicht als OpenSource anzubieten, ist das zu respektieren. Oder ist für dich @steemcleaners auch nur so jemand, der Steemit und seine Nutzer terrorisiert? Unsere Plattform basiert nunmal darauf, mit eigenen Inhalten Geld verdienen zu können (oder eben frei verfügbare Inhalte zu nutzen und das dann zu kennzeichnen).
Dass viele Anwälte im Internet ihr Unwesen treiben und Leute geringfügiger Anlässe wegen verklagen (und dabei teilweise durch übertriebene Copyright-Gesetze sogar noch unterstützt werden), ist zwar völlig richtig, aber das ändert nichts daran, dass hier die Werke von Autoren, die das nicht möchten, nicht einfach so für eigene Artikel verwendet werden dürfen. Rein objektiv betrachtet hat @shortcut da absolut Recht.ja - bin eh 100 pro Deiner Meinung außer das er recht hat. Es gibt jedoch zu dem Thema lokale Gesetzgebungen & nicht mal eine Europäische. Somit wird der beleuchtete Eifelturm in FR zur Cashcow und in anderen Ländern gibts "fair-use" inkl. Social Nutzung (!!!) als Gegenteil. Österreich kennt zum Beispiel keine Abmahnungen - wenn du in Österreich einen eine schickst geht die automatisch in den Mistkübel (wo sie auch in 99,9% hingehören).
Final sollte man die Kirche jedoch im Dorf lassen hier - schau mal auf den Post von ihm. Da gibts ja so und so nur die "Deutsche" (wenn überhaupt & mit der wird er nun mal außerhalb baden gehen können). Soll er einen Anwalt zahlen damit er es spürt!
Im übrigen hat der ja ned mal ein Impressum am Profil - also soll aufpassen hier der Kriminelle. GettyImage auch - die alten Steuerhinterzieher (wenn mans genau nimmt)... hat eh jeder schon alle Bilder bezahlt. lol
Frage alle User die diesen Artikel upgevoted haben, ob sie ihn aufgrund des Titelbildes oder der Message bezahlt haben. Wir alle wissen, dass Eure Kommentare einen ganz anderen Hintergrund haben, und es amüsiert mich, dass ihr versucht hier etwas anderes zu verkaufen. Die deutsche Community is auf besten Wege sich auf der gesamten Plattform lächerlich zu machen. Allein durch die gestrige Aktion habt Ihr Euch vom Rest des Netzwerks deutlich distanziert. Das einzige, was ihr damit erreicht, ist Euch selbst zu schaden.

Being an original content creator, artist and steemit shareholder, I think I have good reasons to fight against this kind of abuse.
Easy. I haven't insulted anybody :-) If you feel it, then that's your personal problem. Look around you: only happy people! Just you trying to stand out in such manner...;-)

That court you must find.... it is a social decentralized blockchain, no money involved - pffff. You all with the high wallets declare it as that as you pay your life with it. You define no rules in any way in other nations & copyright is such. "commercial use"... my ass :)

Money makes people mean. Well some of them...
German people love to fight but are unable to deal with rebounds. I've spend a couple of years in Spain now, so I know the difference between relaxed people and stressed people :-) German people always seek problems. It kind of makes them feel better. I've never understood that even though I was born in Germany. It's been one of the main reasons why I left the country: too many artificially created drama :-)
