RE: Secrets of Organ Playing Contest Week 20
Thats a great idea even though im not sure how many organists you will find. :)
Classical musicians are rare as is. Organists even rarer. I know of maybe 3 violinists on the platform.
I know of four classical organists on this platform, @organdou, @laputis (though she doesn't present herself as such on this platform), @ontrabourdon, @drugelis (though not very active) and myself. O, that's five. That's probably why I am not a very good musician: I can't count... :-)
Reallly? I know of 2-3 creators here id call violinists that i know of. There are a few hobby ones but i wouldnt count those. :)
Ive been here more then a year and its funny that the most represented instrument in the orchestra (well depending which one ofc. hehe) is so scarce here.
There’s also @andyradtrad and @jhat08, though they haven’t participated in the contest lately. I’ve invited another friend, so hopefully he will join.

I found an eigth: @savagirl4
Ah yes, she plays well. Hope to see her back.

I sent her a special message in Total Organist Basecamp channel saying that we miss her. I do hope she'll come back.

Yes... They all either my friends or students.

And we all share this (for most people) strange love: for the wind in pipes and the reverberating sound it creates in any space.

Yes... Without the reverberation a lot of organs would sound boring.
