Has My Ethernet Port Been Hijacked?

I've noticed something suspicious on my computer. Even though I know I don't have any wired connections on my computer, according to this it was used 3 days ago. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Can someone tell me if there is some non-nefarious reason that this could be true or do I really need to be worried about this?
