This is really cool stuff!
Sadness has been a point for myself that i've had a really challenging time even acknowledging. Been working on it. It's something i created a sort of wall up around.
Ironically - it's so much more pleasant to actually face the music of our internal reality...so that we can function in a most optimum way.
I had some ego points to work out with sadness...where it was initially offensive to me in my mind to even identify the experience of myself as sadness..
